Details: Hanzha said the attack had caused the roof of a business centre in central Dnipro to catch fire. Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and contained the fire.
Early reports indicate that no one has been injured in the attack.
Mayor Borys Filatov added that debris had fallen onto a car park near the city council building.
Reports in local media stated that the explosion in Dnipro had occurred at 23:09. The Air Force had reported that a jet-powered UAV was heading towards the city.
