Russia has lost 1,540 soldiers killed and wounded over the past day, bringing its total number of personnel losses to 1,523,980.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 24 September 2026 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• 50,240 (+24) artillery systems
• 2,154 (+2) multiple-launch rocket systems
• 1,669 (+4) air defence systems
• 443 (+1, confirmed from the previous period) fixed-wing aircraft
• 356 (+0) helicopters
• 2,727 (+4) ground robotic systems
• 531,352 (+792) operational-tactical UAVs
• 5,111 (+0) cruise missiles
• 35 (+0) ships/boats
• 2 (+0) submarines
• 152,782 (+229) vehicles and fuel tankers
• 4,740 (+3) special vehicles and other equipment
