NO KINGS: MINNESOTA TURNS OUT
Tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands filled the streets of St. Paul Saturday in one of the largest protests in recent memory. Organizers say over 200,000 attended, while state estimates are closer to 100,000.
The rally follows Operation Metro Surge and the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, which continue to fuel anger and demands for accountability.
Speakers included Bernie Sanders, Jane Fonda, Gov. Tim Walz, and Rep. Ilhan Omar, with performances from Bruce Springsteen, Tom Morello, and Joan Baez.
Across the U.S., more than 3,300 events brought out millions.
