A man has been killed in a Russian drone strike on a residential building in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast.

Quote: "Donetsk Oblast: a man has been killed in a Russian drone strike on Sloviansk.

An enemy drone struck a five-storey residential building. The man was trapped under the rubble on the third floor of the building. During search and rescue operations, first responders found and recovered the body of the man."

Details: A total of 18 tonnes of damaged building structures were cleared from the building. The operation has been completed.

Background: On the morning of 21 September, Vadym Liakh, Head of Sloviansk City Military Administration, reported that Russian forces had struck a multi-storey building in one of the city's districts. A person was known to have been trapped under the rubble.
