Former defence minister Fedorov reports partial resumption of Starlink operations

Mykhailo Fedorov, former Minister of Defence of Ukraine, reported on the evening of 14 October that Starlink operations in Ukraine are recovering at speeds of up to 160 km/h.

Quote: "Starlink connectivity at speeds up to 160 km/h is recovering. Attack and interceptor drones should be able to fly again. Now we need to work on completely removing the speed limit for Starshield."
